The course is designed for anyone ready to move beyond inventorying their GHG emissions and seeking a rigorous analytical approach to identifying, analyzing, selecting, and quantifying the impact of GHG emission mitigation options and activities.
This unique course will teach the analytical skills necessary to conduct a rigorous greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions mitigation analysis. It builds off of the expectation that an entity has already conducted a detailed GHG emissions inventory and is prepared with this data to then begin to manage their “carbon emissions”. Much attention has been given to guiding organizations on how to account (i.e., measure) their GHG emissions, but very little rigorous guidance is available to help then decide what to do with all of their emissions data. This course will fill this gaping hole for facility, business unit, government agency, and corporate managers.
Course Lessons:
The course includes quizzes and exercises to help you learn to apply key lessons. A Certificate of Proficiency is available and requires the passing of an exam for an additional fee.
