Questions on fees, discounts, payments and enrolling in courses.
To purchase access and enroll in a course or register for a certificate program, please visit the course page at http://ghginstitute.org/education/courses or the certificate program page at http://ghginstitute.org/education/courses and click “Enroll Now” at the bottom of the page. A confirmation e-mail from the Registrar will be sent within one business day to provide information on how to access your course module, and to discuss your preferred schedule.
Payment for courses and certificate programs can be made using credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX or Discover), PayPal, check by mail or wire transfer. If paying by PayPal or wire transfer, the learner is responsible for any additional costs incurred; in the case of PayPal, please ensure the box “I will pay the fee” has been selected when completing the online payment form. Failure to do so may result in a delay in enrollment. Payment must be made in full before a learner is enrolled in a class. We can also set up an installment payment plan. To use applicable coupon codes while purchasing GHGMI courses or programs, follow these steps:
FOR COURSES:
- Go to the individual course page at http://ghginstitute.org/education/courses/
- Click “Enroll Now!”
- If you wish to take the proficiency exam for the course, select “Yes, I will take the exam” in the first drop down menu
- Select the month and year you would like your course to start from the second and third drop down menus
- Click “Add to cart”
- Enter the applicable coupon code in the box at the bottom left-hand side of the Shopping Cart page (beside “Coupon code? Enter it here”)
- Premium Members – please refer to the coupon codes in the email you received upon purchasing your membership
- To learn more about becoming a Premium Member of the Institute, click here.
- Click “Apply” (under the Coupon code field)
- Click “Recalculate”
- Click “Proceed to checkout”
FOR CERTIFICATES:
- Go to the certificate page at http://ghginstitute.org/education/certificates/
- Click “Enroll Now!”
- If applicable, select the three sector-specific courses you wish to take as part of your program from the first, second and third drop down menus
- Select the month and year you would like your course to start from the fourth and fifth drop down menus
- Click “Add to cart”
- Enter the applicable coupon code in the box at the bottom left-hand side of the Shopping Cart page (beside “Coupon code? Enter it here”)
- Premium Members – please refer to the coupon codes in the email you received upon purchasing your membership

- Click “Apply” (under the Coupon code field)

GHGMI grants financial assistance as funding allows. Due to a high volume of applications, the Institute reserves the right to award scholarships based on need and availability of resources. To learn more and download an application, please visit our financial aid page.
We offer courses and certificates at group tuition rates for organizations wishing to enroll four or more learners. For more information, please visit our Group Tuition Rates page.
You can go ahead and purchase the course, providing your name and contact information. Then send us an email with the contact information (full name and email address) of the individual who will be taking the course. We will get in touch with him/her regarding login details. If you are ever unsure, please send an email to registrar@ghginstitute.org.
After placing your course or certificate order online, here’s what you can expect:
- Upon receipt of the individual’s order, the Registrar will confirm payment and either set up a new GHGMI user account or confirm an existing account
- The Registrar will email the individual to discuss scheduling and provide login details required to access the course
- If the course is open to enrollment, the individual will be provided with access to the materials. If the course is not open to enrollment, the learner will be enrolled and notified as soon as possible
- All learners will receive a confirmation email prior to the start of the course, as well as a welcome email as soon as the course starts
