Charlie Inman
Program Officer

Charlie joined GHGMI in the fall of 2021 as a Program Officer. At GHGMI, Charlie is working within the Research Program on projects such as an investigation of the impact of corporate power purchase agreements on renewable energy investment. Charlie strives to apply his professional skills to promote the development of carbon-free energy generation.
Before coming to GHGMI Charlie was a member of the Resource Planning team at Puget Sound Energy. At PSE, he helped create the utility’s first Integrated Resource Plan under the 100% renewable portfolio standard in the state of Washington. His work included utility system modeling, stakeholder engagement, and policy research. Charlie received a bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Engineering from MIT while researching material properties for Generation IV nuclear reactors and exploring the potential for energy storage hybrids. Away from work, you can find Charlie taking photos of his dog around Seattle.
