To review and pay for a course, please visit either the Individual Courses page or the Diploma Programs page and select the course or diploma program you’re interested in. Scroll to the bottom and click on the “Add to Cart” button. When selecting an individual course, you will be presented the option of purchasing the course + exam, the course only, or the exam only. If you purchase a course without the exam and change your mind in the future, simply return to this page to purchase the exam separately. There is a discount in price if the course and exam are purchased at the same time.

Once you’ve successfully completed the payment process, a confirmation e-mail will be sent from the GHGMI Registrar’s office within one business day to provide information on how to access your selection. You will not be able to access the course until your enrollment is processed and you receive a confirmation email with your login credentials.

Course and exam fees are listed on the Individual Courses page and the Diploma Programs page.

Payment for courses and diploma programs may be made using credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX or Discover), PayPal, check by mail or wire transfer. If paying by PayPal or wire transfer, the learner is responsible for any additional costs incurred. In the case of PayPal, please ensure the box “I will pay the fee” has been selected when completing the online payment form. Failure to do so may result in a delay in enrollment. Payment must be made in full before a learner is enrolled in a class. For more information on invoicing and payment procedures, please e-mail [email protected].

Orders must be placed through our website. To ensure the security of sensitive information such as credit card and bank account numbers, we are unable to process orders by phone or via email. If you have questions or need assistance when placing your order online, please e-mail [email protected].

To use applicable coupon codes while purchasing GHGMI courses or programs, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Individual Courses or Diploma Programs page and select the course/program you’re interested in
2. Select the option (as applicable) from ‘course and exam’ (default), ‘course only’ or ‘exam only’ in the first drop down menu
3. Click “Add to Cart”
4. On the next screen, enter the applicable coupon code in the box that says “Coupon Code” at the bottom left-hand side of the page.
5. Click “Apply Coupon”
6. Click “Update Cart”
7. Click “Proceed to Checkout” and complete the checkout process

Yes, our enrollment system allows for the learner information to be different from the billing information. Once you’ve selected the courses you’re interested in, click “Proceed to Checkout”. You will be given the opportunity on the next screen to enter both the “Student Information” and “Billing Details”. If you would like to enroll more than one learner at a time, please contact the Registrar’s office at [email protected].

GHGMI grants financial assistance as funding allows. Due to a high volume of applications, the Institute reserves the right to award scholarships based on need and availability of resources. To learn more and download an application, please visit our financial aid page.

After placing your order for a course, diploma program or premium membership:

1. The Registrar’s office will confirm payment and set up the learner’s GHGMI user account; and
2. The Registrar’s office will enroll the learner and send an e-mail confirming enrollment with instructions on how to access the course, diploma program or subscription. Please allow 1-2 business days for the registrar’s office to send you your detailed login instructions.

All refund requests must be sent to the Registrar at: [email protected]

Courses: learners wishing to withdraw from a course before starting (i.e., the learner has never visited the course) may receive a refund. Learners who have enrolled in a course and wish to withdraw within the first week after starting a course may request a refund – please be sure to include a reason for the request. While the Institute does not guarantee that a refund will be granted, the learner is required to stop accessing the course immediately if they want their application for a refund to be considered.

After one week of access of a course, refunds will no longer be considered.

Diploma Programs: Learners wishing to withdraw from a diploma program before starting (i.e., the learner has not visited any course) may receive a refund. Within the first week of access of the first course, the learner may request a refund – please be sure to include a reason for the request. While the Institute does not guarantee that a refund will be granted, the learner is required to stop accessing any courses immediately if they want their application for a refund to be considered.

After one week of access of any course, refunds will no longer be considered.
