After I purchase a course, diploma program or membership, what are the next steps?

After placing your order for a course, diploma program or premium membership:

  1. The Registrar’s office will confirm payment and set up the learner’s GHGMI user account; and
  2. The Registrar’s office will enroll the learner and send an e-mail confirming enrollment with instructions on how to access the course, diploma program or subscription. Please allow 1-2 business days for the registrar’s office to send you your detailed login instructions.
