What is the GHGMI Refund Policy?

All refund requests must be sent to the Registrar at: registrar@ghginstitute.org

Courses: learners wishing to withdraw from a course before starting (i.e., the learner has never visited the course) may receive a refund. Learners who have enrolled in a course and wish to withdraw within the first week after starting a course may request a refund – please be sure to include a reason for the request. While the Institute does not guarantee that a refund will be granted, the learner is required to stop accessing the course immediately if they want their application for a refund to be considered.

After one week of access of a course, refunds will no longer be considered.

Diploma Programs: Learners wishing to withdraw from a diploma program before starting (i.e., the learner has not visited any course) may receive a refund. Within the first week of access of the first course, the learner may request a refund – please be sure to include a reason for the request. While the Institute does not guarantee that a refund will be granted, the learner is required to stop accessing any courses immediately if they want their application for a refund to be considered.

After one week of access of any course, refunds will no longer be considered.
