With broad smiles, yet some anxiousness, I hope you will join all of us at the GHG Management Institute in celebrating the early entry into force of the Paris Agreement. This historic milestone, in combination with the adoption of the ambitious hydrofluorocarbon (HFC) phasedown amendment at the October Meeting of the Parties to the Montreal Protocol in Rwanda, launches the governments of the planet on a journey toward climate stability.
