Ani Thomas

As an Operations Coordinator at GHGMI, Ani coordinates contract management, grant compliance, and financial management, including maintaining financial records and processing payments. She also supports project management and assists with grant proposals to improve productivity and compliance.

Prior to working at GHGMI, Ani worked as a Senior Program Associate with World Resources Institute, India in their Energy Program where she saw operations for Energy Access projects, playing a key role in grants and finance management, donor reporting, and managing contracts and subgrants. In addition to these responsibilities, she coordinated events and meetings while providing valuable administrative support to the program team as needed. She has also worked with non-profits like Global Fund & World Vision, where she contributed to community development and initiatives to mitigate the impact of HIV/AIDS and TB among marginalized populations. Her previous roles involved financial management, reporting, human resources, and operations.
