Learners wishing to withdraw from a course before starting (i.e., learner has never visited the course) may receive a refund. The refund is subject to a processing fee of US$100. Learners who have enrolled in a course and wish to withdraw within the first week after starting a course may request a refund – be sure to include a reason for the request.

While the Institute does not warrant that a refund will be granted, the learner is required to stop accessing the course immediately if they want their application for a refund to be considered. After one week of access to a course, refunds will no longer be considered.
