USAID Low Emission Asian Development (LEAD) program website launched

    Congratulations to GHGMI on the launch of the LEAD website! Indeed it is need of the hour to train and develop capacities of developing nations especially across Asia-Pacific on Low Emission Development not only to show-case support for clean development but also to eradicate poverty as envisaged in the Preamble of UNFCCC (Para 21) and Article 4 of the Convention
